- The Options Clinic for Women provides ultrasounds without charge to confirm early pregnancy which allows clients to see the pre-born baby.
We provide information concerning sexual health as well as counseling to deal with diverse women’s issues. Special awareness programs to involve and educate our community are offered to civic groups, churches, and our local college. With these combined services, Grace House Ministries seeks to engage, educate, and empower our clients as well as our community toward God’s plan and provision for their lives.

It wasn't long after Hope Pregnancy Resource Center of McKinney, TX opened its doors that Planned Parenthood moved into the neighborhood, peddling a new business plan just down the street from a public McKinney school. The new business plan, known as the "pills now, pay later," allows clients to get a 12-month supply of birth control pills up front, while only paying the first month installment.
