Board of Directors

Rhonda Hampton, Chairman - Bachelor of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and is the Sole Proprietorship of Peace by Piece where she teaches others to organize their lives. Rhonda attends Summit Lutheran Church in our community. She has been a volunteer at Grace House for the past two years with a heart for the ministry and gift for administration and talent for organization.

Mike Conner, Vice Chairman - Former owner and operator of Conner Industries Lumber Distribution Company. Mike also provides computer training and support for the Center of Hope. Mike attends Trinity Bible Church. He retired from seeking man’s riches to seeking God’s and serves others all over our community and in global missions.

Scott Marsh, Treasurer - Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology fromDeVry University and a Master of Divinity from Southwest Baptist Seminary with languages. Scott is pastor of Community Baptist Church in Weatherford. Scott has been supportive of Grace House Ministries since he began working in our community.

Carol Ozee, Secretary - Bachelor of Business Administration-Management from Texas Christian University, Master of Business Administration-University of Dallas, and 72 hours toward D.Min in Biblical Counseling from Tyndale Seminary (dissertation in progress). Carol began serving Grace House as a volunteer while seeking her Ph.D. in counseling. She is an expert in Human Resources. She has blessed many teaching Sunday school at two different Episcopal Churches in our community.

Advisory Board Members

Jeanie Carden - Resident of Parker Co. for over 24 years, 18 of those in Weatherford. Carden Company Real Estate uses Jeanie's 20 years of Parker County realtor experience to meet needs with excellence, integrity...and a smile. Jeanie is also a former Grace House Board member.

Dr. Mike Davis - Medical Director for the Options Clinic for Women. Dr. Davis currently operates medical practices in Glen Rose and Granbury.

Wayne Garrett - Partner with Snow, Garrett & Company. He is a life-time resident of Parker County. Extensive civic involvement both current and past, including being a former Grace House board member.

Pastor Van Houser - Senior Pastor of North Side Baptist Church since 1999. Van has a Masters Degree in Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, 1973. He also has extensive service in various communities and organizations.

Peggy Hutton - Parker County resident her “whole life”. She has extensive community service with a focus toward women’s needs. Peggy served on the Chamber board for nearly three years with the last year on the executive board prior to being hired by the Chamber in May, 2007.

Rep. Phil King - Long time resident of Parker County. Phil is an attorney with extensive community involvement including serving as a police officer, JP, judge advocate in the Texas State Guard and as a State Representative.

Pastor Jon Sherman - Lead Pastor of Trinity Bible Church and Parker County resident since May of 1999. He served at McKinney Memorial Bible Church from 1992 – 1999. Jon has a TCU undergraduate along with two masters’ degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Dempsey Stice - Weatherford resident since 1976 as well as a graduate of Weatherford High School in 1986. He has been in business in Weatherford since 1988 with Stice's Electronics, Stice Construction, Stice Excavation, and DSPR, LP a commercial land development company.
