History of Grace House Ministries
Grace House Pregnancy Care Center - God began Grace House in 1993 by placing the vision in the hearts of three ladies - Susan Lacy, Martha Johnston, and Kristen Sullivan. These ladies realized there was a segment of the community that was being overlooked that needed help – young women experiencing unplanned pregnancies.
- Assists an average of 200 clients per month
- Distributes brand-new car seats through safety classes conducted monthly since 2004
- Hundreds of Bibles/Bible Studies given out yearly
Worth the Wait – In 2004, GHM saw a vision to be proactive by
educating students on risks of sexual activity outside of marriage.
Since that time, classes have been conducted in ISDs of Parker, Palo-Pinto and Jack Counties.
- Taught in Aledo HS, Brock MS/HS, Graford MS/HS, Peaster MS/HS, Perrin MS
- Reaches an average of 1200 students per year
- 95% of students surveyed enjoyed the program and said it would benefit them
The Options Clinic – In 2007 a dream was realized to impact the next generation in LIFE AFFIRMING decisions. A window into the body was realized with limited obstetrical ultrasound to determine gestational age and viable intrauterine pregnancy.
